Here at Synapse, we work to create a culture where students feel safe asking questions, giving feedback, and advocating for themselves—both on and off the mat. This philosophy is especially important when it comes to inclusion. Martial arts spaces have not always felt welcoming or safe for women and gender non-conforming practitioners. We are intentional about building an environment where everyone is respected, protected, and encouraged to train with confidence.

Our Women & Non-Binary BJJ program provides a welcoming and encouraging space for cis and trans women, non-binary, and gender non-conforming individuals ages 13 & up to learn jiu jitsu. These classes provides the same high quality instruction and technical depth you can expect from all Synapse programs. 

This class meets on Friday at 5:00 - 6:00 PM. If you do not have a membership with us, the drop-in fee is $10/class.
